Access Groups

Call Centre allows you to record and maintain users of the system and assign them to different access groups. You can create your own access groups: administrator, supervisor, reception user, etc. and give them different access rights. For example you may give supervisors the right to run reports and maintain customers records.

With Call Centre you will always know who created or updated calls, customers and other records in the system. High level of Security will protect your data from unauthorised access.
