This form allows you to record and maintain call
details. Here the users can access any information about calls:
Customers
details, Call Priority and Status,
Assignee details, Call History and Duration, Attachments, etc.
Problem and
Solution will be entered automatically, if you
select a problem from the Knowledge Base. Due Date can be set up
automatically depending on Call Priority. Properties page shows you duration of
the call, assignment history, who and when updated the call.
