Reports

Our unique report system allows you to design you own reports and save them for a later use. You can make 2 types of reports:

• Calls Reports - select calls according to you criteria, for example all calls with high call priority.
• Statistics Reports - calculate number of calls grouped by certain criteria, for example calculate number of calls assigned to each member of your team. 

You can save reports or export them to Excel. Statistics reports can be displayed as graphs.
